Abstract

The possibility of constructing a ground-based radio-meteorological system using the “Groza” aircraft radar is considered. The results of investigations of the short-term and long-term stability of the main parameters of the transmitter are presented. Recommendations are made on increasing the accuracy of radar reflectivity measurements.
