Abstract

Trichogramma brasiliensis (Ashmead) could be successfully reared on the eggs laid by gamma-irradiated sterile ♀ of the potato tuberworm,Phthorimaea operculella Zeller. Even after rearing 10 generations of the parasitoid on such eggs there were no adverse effects on various developmental parameters.
