Abstract

We give a solution of the problem of antiplane deformation of an isotropic massif with a cavity of circular cross-section, reinforced by a multilayer cylinder under steady-state motions. We give the results of numerical studies that characterize the influence of reinforcement on the stress distribution in a neighborhood of the cavity.
