Francis Wardle, Ph.D. Early Childhood Education, is Director of Education, Children's World Learning Centers. He has designed and built playgrounds for schools, Head Start programs, hospitals, and child care centers for twenty years. He currently provides playground safety seminars at the University of Nothern Colorado and consults with Head Start on playground designs
