2-Selenophenethiol and 5-methylthio-2-selenophenethiol: Synthesis and autoconversions

Abstract

Selenophenethiols have been synthesized by a modified organolithium method. The structures of the products were established by their autothiylation and reaction with phenylhydrazine.
