Auswertung von Dünnschicht-Chromatogrammen mit internem Standard

Summary

The internal standard method for quantitative thin-layer chromatography is described and in this paper used for determination of caffeine with acetophenetidin as the internal standard. Since there is no necessity to calculate a calibration factor, a large number of analyses can be done on the same TLC-plate. The reproducibility of the method is about 1.4% (approximate relative standard deviation).

Zusammenfassung

Es wird für die quantitative Auswertung von Dünnschicht-Chromatogrammen die Methode des internen Standards beschrieben. Am Beispiel der Bestimmung von Coffein mit Phenacetin als internem Standard wird die Methode erläutert. Das Verfahren vermeidet die Bestimmung einer Eichfunktion und erlaubt somit eine höhere Analysenzahl per DC-Platte. Die Reproduzierbarkeit (als genährte relative Standardabweichung) liegt bei ca. 1,4%.
