Summary
Thin film sorptography is a new method of solid-liquid chromatography for the separation of minute amounts of substances. Amounts of 10−14 g sulphate labelled with35S without support and 10−14 g phosphate labelled with32P with support were separated. The detected amount of active phosphorus was 10−16 g. The detection was done with auto-radiography.
