Summary

Several chromatographic parameters have been examined as to their effect on detectability for microbore high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry. Detection limits for several compound classes are presented as amount injected. Improvements in detectability for this technique are discussed.
