Use of prepacked cartridges in the clean-up of plant material in residual pesticide analysis

Summary

The results obtained on clean-up of plant material (fruit and leaves) with prepacked cartridges in normal and reverse phase are compared. The samples, which were analyzed by a multi-residue GLC-ECD technique, contained three fungicides (Chlorothalonil, Vinclozolin and Captan) and one insecticide (Endosulfan).
