Summary
The derivatization reaction of human plasma was performed with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzen at 40 °C during 3 hours. Separation occurred on reverse-phase C-18 columns, 50 min were necessary to achieve complete elution.
Exactitude, precision, sensitivity of the method were better than the conventional ion-exchange separation and ninhydrin assay procedure.
