Abstract
A non-stationary, three-dimensional model of the circulation of the upper active layer in the Caspian Sea is presented. Cited are the results of calculations characterizing the spatial structure of currents arising from the effect of synoptical atmospheric processes. Numerical experiments show that the scheme used provides for appropriate solution accuracy and calculation stability.
