Zusammenfassung

Durch Gabe von radioaktivem Leucin wurde festgestellt, dass im regenerierenden peripheren Nerven die Proteinsynthese in den Schwannschen Zellen deutlich erhöht ist. Verglichen damit ist die Eiweißsynthese in den Axonstümpfen, von denen die Regeneration ausgeht, geringfügig.
