Zusammenfassung

Im Rahmen vergleichender Untersuchungen an verschiedenen Typen spontan aktiver glatter Muskulatur wurde beim isolierten Ductus choledochus des Meerschweinchens durch intrazelluläre Messungen des Membranpotentials regelmässig eine mittelstarke Spontanaktivität, bestehend aus sekundenrhythmischen Oszillationen mit Spikes, moduliert durch langsamere Fluktuationen im Minuten-Rhythmus, gefunden.
