Abstract

The parameters of vitreous fluorophotometry differ when fluorescein is administered by intravenous and by oral routes. Differences also exist for “normals” and patients with known chorio-retinal pathology. Four protocols are presented for fluorophotometry in normals and diseased individuals by both intravenous and oral routes.
