Selective angiography in the diagnosis of renal tumours

Abstract

Several case histories are presented to show that, if conventional roentgenograms fail to reveal the presence of renal tumours, aortograms, selective renal angiography are indispensable for diagnostic purposes. Selective angiogram of the kidney is useful even if the tumour has been diagnosed since it helps in making a more precise surgical plan.
