Studies on the precipitinogenic pattern of mycobacteria cultivated at various temperatures

Abstract

The results indicate that, when mycobacteria are cultured in a fluid medium, variations in the incubation temperature affect at least quantitatively the antigenic composition of the cells as well as of the culture filtrates.
