Idiopathic disseminated racemose pulmonary ossification (case report and differential diagnosis)

Abstract

A case of idiopathic disseminated racemose pulmonary ossification, which was diagnosed by open lung biopsy. The lung function was within the normal range, supporting this diagnosis and differentiating it from other disseminated diseases of the lung.

Zusammenfassung

Mitteilung eines Falles von disseminierter verästelter idiopathischer Lungenverknöcherung, der durch chirurgische Lungenbiopsie gesichert wurde. Sämtliche Lungenfunktionswerte lagen im Rahmen der Norm, wodurch die differentialdiagnostische Abgrenzung gegen andere disseminierte Lungenprozesse erleichtert wird.
