Hydrogen thermodesorption from low-percentage iron catalysts

Abstract

A strong temperature-activated character of hydrogen sorption on a 3% Fe/Al2O3 i.e. the absence of hydrogen sorption at room temperature and its appearance and rapid increase above 400 K, have been observed. Considerable amounts of hydrogen desorbing at high temperatures are probably due to several simultaneous sorption processes.

Наблюдается сильный температурно-активируемый характер водородной сорбции на 3% Fe/Al2O3: отсутствие водородной сорбции при комнатной температуре и ее появление и сильное возрастание при температурах выше 400 К. Значительные количества водорода, десорбирующегося при высоких температурах, ябляются результатом некоторых однодременных сорбционных процессов.
