Abstract

The electric conductivity and thermoelectromotive force of cobalt oxide catalysts were investigated in a stream of hydrogen-carbon monoxide mixture as a function of the temperature. The inversion of conductivity fromp ton type occurs at about 430 K. The activation energy of current carriers is a linear function of the cobalt/oxygen mole ratio (Co/O).
