Zusammenfassung
Die Bestimmung des Plasmavolumens mittels T-1824 bei 27 gesunden Kaninchen ergab 39,5 (±1,76) ml Plasma/kg Körpergewicht.
Stichprobenartige Bestimmungen des Plasmavolumens während des Wachstums bei 15 Kaninchen zeigten während der Beobachtungsperiode keine signifikante änderung des Plasmavolumen/Körpergewicht-Verhältnisses.
Die Korrelation zwischen Plasmavolumen und Körpergewicht des Kaninchens wurde überprüft und der vonPorat aufgestellte Korrelationskoeffizient bestätigt.
Das Vorliegen einer individuellen reproduzierbaren Schwundrate von Evans-Blau wurde für das Kaninchen mit der zweifachen Varianzanalyse nachgewiesen.
Der Einfluß des Durchblutungszustandes in der Ohrrandvene auf den Hämatokritwert wurde mit51Cr-markierten Erythrocyten untersucht. Das abgekühlte Ohr wies hierbei falsche Blutvolumina vortäuschende Werte auf.
Die direkte (51Cr-Erythrocyten) und die indirekte (Evans-Blau + Ohrrandvenenbluthämatokrit) Bestimmung des Blutvolumens bei sechs Kaninchen ergab eine befriedigende übereinstimmung beider Methoden ohne den Nachweis einer systematischen Abweichung untereinander.
Das Plasmavolumen und die T-1824-Schwundrate wichen bei sechs thyreoidektomierten Kaninchen von den entsprechenden Werten der Normalgruppe nicht signifikant ab.
