Summary
The hemopoietic bone marrow of the neck of both femora was examined histologically in 26 rabbits after an 1 hr lasting absolute ischemia. The ischemia was caused by a temporary ligature of the aorta.
Hypoxic changes of the megakaryocytes, seen shortly after the ischemia were abnormalities of mitoses, pyknosis of nuclei and karyorhexis. After resupplying the bone marrow with blood the cytoplasm of the megakaryocytes is discharged acceleratedly from the 3rd hr until the 2nd day. This is concluded by the increasing of involuted megakaryocytes in this period.
All changes have disappeared after a reaupplying with blood for 8 days.
Zusammenfassung
Bei 26 Kaninchen wurde das blutbildende Knochenmark beider Oberschenkelhälse nach 1ständiger, durch temporäre Aortenligatur erzeugter Ischämie histologisch untersucht. Die Präparate wurden nach der von Burkhardt angegebenen Methode angefertigt.
Als hypoxische Schädigung der Megakaryocyten fanden sich bereits unmittelbar nach der Ischämie Mitosestörungen, Kernpyknosen und Karyorhexis. Nach 3stündiger bis 2tägiger Wiederdurchblutung reagiert das Cytoplasma der Megakaryocyten mit einer beschleunigten Absto\ung, was durch die Zunahme der nacktkernigen Involutionsformen zum Ausdruck kommt.
Alle Schädigungen sind nach 8tägiger Wiederdurchblutung abgeklungen.
