Descriptions and figures are presented of four sclerotioid, ascocarp-producing fungi:
Eupenicillium lapidosum sp.n., st. conid.Penicillium lapidosum Raper et Fennell;
Eupenicillium ochrosalmoneum sp.n., st. conid.Penicillium ochrosalmoneum Udagawa;
Eupenicillium hirayamae sp.n., st. conid.Penicillium hirayamae Udagawa and
Eupenicillium cinnamopurpureum sp.n., st. conid.Penicillium cinnamopurpureum Abe ex Udagawa.
