Die Beeinflussung der experimentellen thrombocytopenischen Purpura der Ratte durch ACTH

Zusammenfassung

Die durch Antithrombocytenserum erzeugbare thrombocytopenische Purpura der Ratte bietet manche Gemeinsamkeit mit menschlichen Thrombopenieformen und eignet sich zum experimentellen Studium pathogenetischer und therapeutischer Fragen. So wurde an 124 Ratten mit akuter thrombocytopenischer Purpura die mögliche Wirkung von ACTH untersucht. Die Beurteilung erstreckte sich auf die klinischen und autoptischen Symptome der hämorrhagischen Diathese, die Thrombocyten- und Erythrocytenwerte, die Capillarresistenz und die Blutungszeit. Unter ACTH kam es zu einer Abschwächung der hämorrhagischen Diathese und zu einer Hebung der Capillarresistenz. Die Thrombocyten erfuhren meist keine signifikante Änderung. Symptome einer gesteigerten Blutgerinnbarkeit unter ACTH wurden beobachtet. Die Applikation eines ACTH-Depotpräparates erwies sich ebenfalls als wirksam.
