Zusammenfassung
Durch Gabe eines Pferdeantihundelymphocytenserums konnte die überlebenszeit nach homologer Nierentransplantation beim Hund wesentlich verlängert werden. Die Bildung freizirkulierender Antikörper gegen Schaferythrocyten wurde bei den Tieren gehemmt, die mit Antilymphocytenserum vorbehandelt waren. Eine starke Minderung der Infektabwehr konnte klinisch nicht festgestellt werden.
Summary
The survival time of dogs after renal homografts was markedly prolonged by administrating an horse-anti-dog-lymphocyte-serum. By pretreatment with this serum the production of free circulating antibodies against sheep erythrocytes was diminished. There was no significant influence upon the defense against infections.
