Abstract
Most patients with atrophied breasts, who are treated by either augmentation alone or mastopexy alone, do not reach the expected, favorable results. The procedure ends with some frustration either by the patient, the surgeon or both. The proposed technique, using both augmentation and mastopexy, is simple, and results in a young, erect and good-looking female breast. In spite of the inevitable scarring, both patient and mate are happ with the outcome. The operative technique is discussed, as well as the early and late results.
