Résumé
La microscopie életronique des noyaux méiotiques de l'amphibien tétraploïdeO. americanus et de la souris a permis d'émettre l'hypothese suivant laquelle le complexe synaptonémique résulte de l'invagination de la membrane nucléaire, le synapsis étant la conséquence de ce mécanisme.
