Zusammenfassung
PGA1 und PGE2 erhöhen die Nierendurchblutung sowohl im Zustand des Wassermangels als auch der Überwässerung, während PGE2 nicht aber PGA1 unabhängig vom Flüssigkeitsgleichgewicht die renale Wasser- und Elektrolytexkretion steigert. Beide PGs erhöhen die Ausscheidung von cAMP. Sie wirken ADH-ähnlich während einer Wasserdiurese und nicht antagonsitisch gegen ADH während der Antidiurese.
