31. Mißbildungen des Magens

Summary

Malformations of the stomach are rare, their complications can be very dangerous in infancy. Clinical picture and diagnosis are discussed using 5 own cases (one 2-years-old girl with membraneous atresia, one 3-day-old boy with pylorus atresia, one 2-years-old boy with bleeding diverticulum of the stomach and a newborn with tubular hypoplasia (i. e. microgastria)). The treatment of these malformations is always surgical. Only cases of membraneous stenosis of the stomach may be treated endoscopically.

Zusammenfassung

Mißbildungen des Magens sind zwar selten, können durch zahlreiche Komplikationen das Leben der Kinder aber unmittelbar gefährden. Klinisches Bild und Diagnostik werden am Beispiel von 5 Kindern (ein 2jähriges Mädchen mit einer Membranatresie, ein 3 Tage-alter Knabe mit Pylorusatresie, ein 2jähriger Junge mit einer Duplikatur des Magens, ein 6jähriges Mädchen mit Blutung aus einem Magendivertikel und ein Neugeborenes mit einer congenitalen tubulären Hypoplasie des Magens (sog. Mikrogastrie) dargelegt. Die Behandlung ist stets operativ. Nur bei der Membranstenose ist ein endoskopischer Behandlungsversuch gerechtfertigt.
