Abstract

This chapter deals with the pathologies of the stomach and duodenum, which in childhood include the infantile hypertrophic pyloric stenosis, the need to put a gastrostomy and duodenal atresia and stenosis. The etiology, diagnostic procedures as well as the operative techniques for these situations are presented in a concise, however complete way.
