Summary

From a series of 110 trans-uterine venographies, the authors present the normal radiological anatomy of the uterine venous vascularization and of its efferent venous drainage. They also present the most frequent variations from normal and examples of the pathologies encountered.

A partir d'une série de 110 phlébographies pelviennes par voie trans-utérine, les auteurs présentent les aspects radio anatomiques normaux de la vascularisation veineuse utérine et de son drainage vers le réseau des veines utérines et ovariennes. Ils exposent également les variations les plus fréquentes, ainsi que des exemples des pathologies rencontrées.
