Czechoslovak Journal of Physics Aims and scope

Abstract

A definition and discussion of plane deformation in the non-linear theory of elasticity is presented, with reference to rubber. From the fundamental equations given, a special case is studied for rotational symmetry, and the torsional damper is solved according to the non-linear static theory of elasticity.
