Abstract
A graphical method is proposed which permits the investigation of the influence of the parameters of an electrical circuit on the temperature autostabilization of a ferroelectric capacitor connected in this circuit. The region of temperature autostabilization is defined more accurately, and the influence on the value of the temperature autostabilization factor is shown. The influence of the electric circuit must be taken into account when interpreting the experimental results of the study of the temperature autostabilization regime.
