Plasmazellen und Serumproteine beim Plasmozytom

Zusammenfassung

Bei 6 γ- und 3 β-Plasmozytomen, welche durch Sektion, durch Knochenmarkuntersuchungen und Elektrophoresediagramme diagnostiziert werden konnten, werden die papierelektrophoretisch gewonnenen Eiweißfraktionen den Anteilwerten der Plasmazellen und retikulozytären Zellen im Knochenmarkausstrich gegenübergestellt. Hierbei ergibt sich, daß bei Plasmozytomen mit vermehrtem γ-Globulin unreife Plasmazellen vermehrt vorkommen, während bei β-Plasmozytomen die unreiferen Zellelemente der retikulozytären Reihe vorherrschen. Je unreifer die Zellformen sind, um so mehr verschiebt sich im Elektrophoresediagramm der Globulinanteil vom γ- zum β-Globulinbereich. Auf Grund der Verhältniszahlen wird es wahrscheinlich, daß bei Plasmozytomen die Proteine in den Plasmazellen und in den retikulozytären Zellen gebildet werden.
