Patricia Cox was formerly a family day care provider in New York State and initiated and was first president of the New York State Licensed Family Day Care Association. At present. Mrs. Cox is a consullant to the Health Education and Welfare group that is drawing up new Federal Interagency Day Care Requirements, serves on the National Home Day Care Study Panel, is working to develop a state-wide association of family day care providers, and is an instructor at Sinclan Community College in Dayton. Ohio. where she teaches a course on home day care based on Child Development Association (CDA) competency areas. Her address is 746 Converse Drive. Cincinnati, Ohio 45240.
