Additional information

Patricia Cox was formerly a family day care provider in New York State, and initiated and served as first president of the New York State Licensed Family Day Care Association. At present, Mrs. Cox is working to develop a state-wide association of family day care providers, and is an instructor at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio, where she teaches a course on home day care based on Child Development Association (CDA) competency areas.
