Abstract
The theory of the intraatomic CVV Auger spectrum for a single impurity in a perfect crystal with an initially filled band is formulated within the generalized Wolff-Clogston model. The impurity is characterized by its atomic level, the impurity-bulk coupling, and the contact pair interaction of electrons. The exact solution to the problem is obtained, and the theory is numerically illustrated for a simple bandstructure model.
