The changes of remanent polarization of poled piezoceramic material Pb(Sb1/3Mn2/3)O3 + PbTiO3 + PbZrO3 system initiated by heat treatment

Czechoslovak Journal of Physics B Aims and scope

Abstract

The paper describes the phenomenon of a drop and a gradual increase of remanent polarization of poled ceramics in the composition of 5 mol. % Pb(Sb1/3Mn2/3)O3 + 47·5 mol. % PbTiO3 + + 47 mol. % PbZrO3 after a heat treatment. The changes of permittivityε T33 after a heat treatment were also investigated. A model interpreting the observed dependences based on the change of crystallographic structure in the vicinity of a morphotropic phase boundary during the heat treatment was suggested.
