Professional parenting: A factor in group home programming

Abstract

This paper describes the development of an effective group home program for adolescent males. The program provides a community-based placement alternative and an opportunity for adolescents to experience a safe environment where potent parenting can influence them to become responsible for how they feel and for their behavior.
