Summary
Glutathione reductase activity of human red cell membranes was measured by continuous determination of reduced glutathione. The enzyme demonstrated the same behaviour as the glutathione reductase in the hemolysate with regard to pH optimum and stimulation by FAD.
Zusammenfassung
Die Glutathionreduktase-Aktivität menschlicher Erythrocyten-Membranen wurde durch fortlaufende Messung des reduzierten Glutathions im Enzymansatz bestimmt. Das Enzym zeigte hinsichtlich des pH-Optimums der Reaktion und der FAD-Stimulation das gleiche Verhalten wie das im Hämolysat befindliche Enzym.
