Summary
An analytical method for the quantitative determination of the collagen coating on synthetic sausage skins is described. The mean standard deviation lies about\(\bar s\)=1.6% (w/w) for this method. Collagen is identified on fabrics made of silk and plastics via amino acid analysis after hydrolysis.
Zusammenfassung
Für die quantitative Bestimmung der Kollagenauflage von Kunstdärmen wird eine analytische Methode beschrieben. Die mittlere Standard-abweichung der Methode liegt bei\(\bar s\)=1,6% (w/w). Kollagen wird dabei auf Geweben aus Naturseide und Kunststoffen über die Hydrolysataminosäuren identifiziert.
