21 dog kidneys were perfused at a temperature of 15 to 37 °C. The function at 15°C can be proved by the following tests:

Die Funktion einer isolierten, gekühlten Niere kann zusammenfassend auf Grund von Perfusionsversuchen an 21 Hundenieren bei Temperaturen von 15 bis 37 °C an den in der übersicht 4 aufgeführten Kriterien gemessen werden [24].
