Summary

A very sensitive nanogram method for the detection of sulphur in organic and inorganic substances, including barium sulfate, is described. It depends on the production of hydrogen sulfide which is revealed by PAR-lead, a very sensitive and specific reagent.

Zusammenfassung

Ein sehr empfindliches Verfahren zum Nachweis von Nanogrammen Schwefel in organischen und anorganischen Substanzen (einschließlich BaSO4) wurde angegeben. Es beruht auf der Bildung von Schwefelwasserstoff, der mit PAR-Blei, einem sehr empfindlichen und spezifischen Reagens, nachgewiesen wird.
