Summary
A simple apparatus is described for the determination of melting and boiling points of organic substances. It has several advantages over the conventional method using a liquid bath or methods which use an electrically heated block.

Ein einfacher Apparat für die Bestimmung von Schmelz- und Siedepunkten organischer Substanzen wird beschrieben. Er hat gegenüber üblichen Methoden unter Verwendung von Badflüssigkeiten oder solchen mit einem elektrischen Heizblock einige Vorteile.

Description d'un appareil simple pour la détermination des points de fusion et d'ébullition des substances organiques. Son emploi présente divers avantages sur la méthode habituelle qui comporte l'utilisation d'un bain liquide ainsi que sur les méthodes qui comportent l'utilisation d'un bloc chauffé électriquement.
