Summary

A method for determination of lithium is described. It can be used for determination of 0.001–1μg of Li/μl of solution. The fluorescence intensity of Li 8-hydroxyquinolinate is measured. Excitation at 365 nm produces fluorescence at 560 nm.

Zusammenfassung

Eine Methode für die Bestimmung von Lithium wurde beschrieben. Sie eignet sich für 0,001–1μg Li/μl Lösung. Die Fluoreszenz von Lithium-8-hydroxychinolin bei 560 nm, hervorgerufen durch Aktivierung bei 365 nm, wird gemessen.
