Micro liquid chromatographic trace analysis for insecticide phosphoric esters in body fluids

Summary

A Chromatographic method for the direct determination of nonpolar substances in biological fluids is described. For this micro method no sample-preparation steps are necessary. It is possible to determine a pesticide in human serum in the ng/ml concentration range.

Zusammenfassung

Ein chromatographisches Verfahren zum direkten Nachweis unpolarer Substanzen in biologischen Flüssigkeiten wurde beschrieben. Dieses erfordert keinerlei Probenvorbereitung. Es war möglich, in Human-Serum ein Insektizid im Konzentrationsbereich ng/ml nachzuweisen.
