Conclusions
-
1.
The creation of emotional tension in a regimen of recognition of a meaningful light stimulus resulted in the isolation of two groups of subjects (with an improvement and a deterioration of the quality of activity according to psychometric parameters).
-
2.
Optimum recognition in a state of emotional tension occurs at reduced correlation coefficients of the biopotentials of intrahemispheric leads compared with the state of operative calm for the subjects of both groups.
-
3.
Optimum recognition in subjects with an improved quality of activity occurs against the background of a decline in the degree of correlation of the potentials of symmetrical frontal regions of the neocortex, while in subjects with a deterioration ofactivity, against the background of an increase in the degree of correlation.
-
4.
The structure of the intrahemispheric cross-correlation coefficients prior to a brief or prolonged recognition time and prior to stimulus nonrecognition that was demonstrated in a state of operative calm was retained for subjects with an improvement of the quality of activity during emotional tension; in subjects with a deterioration of the quality of activity the structure was altered for half the investigated pairs of leads.
