Conclusions
-
1.
In the cytosol of the decidual tissue of women 3 h after intravaginal introduction of suppositories with 1 mg 15-methyl-PGF2α, the content of estrogen and progesterone receptors is increased.
-
2.
In vitro, PGF2α in doses of 10, 25, 50, and 100 μg/ml induces a dose-dependent increase in the content of estrogen receptors in the decidual tissue 15, 30, 60, and 180 min after introduction into the incubation medium.
-
3.
The content of progesterone receptors is unchanged under the action of PGF2α in each dose studied and for any time of incubation.
-
4.
The increase in the content of estrogen receptors under the action of PGF2α is not associated withde novo biosynthesis of the receptors.
