Summary
It is shown that shocks of any strength may propagate in every direction through a Mooney-Rivlin material in a state of arbitrary homogeneous strain. A characterization of Mooney-Rivlin materials is given, based on shock propagation.
Zusammenfassung
Es wird gezeigt, daß sich Stöße beliebiger Stärke in einem Mooney-Rivlin-Werkstoff im Zustand beliebiger homogener Verzerrung in jeder Richtung fortpflanzen können. Eine Charakterisierung des Mooney-Rivlin-Werkstoffes, basierend auf der Ausbreitung von Stößen, wird angegeben.
