Conclusions

  1. 1.

The weldability of maraging stainless steel EP767VD with steels Kh18N10T, Kh16N6, and EP767VD is satisfactory.

  2. 2.

The strength of the joints studied is highest, and the work of crack propagation is satisfactory, for welded joints of steel EP767VD welded with filler wire of the same steel (σb = 155 kg/mm2,a C≥0.73 kg-m/cm2 at 20°C).

  3. 3.

The use of austenitic steel Kh16N25TM6 as filler wire for welding steel EP767VD makes it possible to obtain satisfactory strength and high work of crack propagation (σb = 112 kg/mm2,a C=2.6 kg-m/cm2 at 20°C).
