Conclusions
Quantum-chemical calculations were carried out for the tetrahedral adducts formed as a result of nucleophilic attack of the carbonyl group carbon atom. Electically neutral, negatively charged, and positively charged adducts are metastable chemical compounds both in the gas phase and in aqueous solution, while the bipolar adducts may exist only in solution.
